1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Printpulse.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Printpulse.io is a platform designed to help print and pattern designers analyze their sales data, understand design performance, and gain insights to inform creative decisions. Our Service allows you to:

  • Upload and store design files and sales data
  • Analyze sales patterns and trends
  • Track design performance metrics
  • Generate insights and recommendations

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Pricing and Future Charges

Beta Period

Printpulse is currently in beta. During this period, the Service is completely free to use.

Future Pricing

We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans or other charges once the platform is out of the beta phase. If we introduce any charges:

  • We will provide reasonable advance notice before any charges take effect
  • You will have the opportunity to review and accept the new terms before being charged
  • You may choose to discontinue use of the Service if you do not wish to pay

5. User Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including designs, images, and sales data.

License to Use Your Content

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Create backups for data protection purposes
  • Generate analytics and insights from your data

We will not use your User Content for any purpose beyond providing and improving the Service, and we will never share or sell your designs or sales data to third parties.

Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to all User Content you upload
  • Your User Content does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Your User Content complies with applicable laws

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

9. Service Availability

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

After account termination, we will delete your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that the insights and analytics provided will result in increased sales or business success.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTPULSE.IO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed £100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printpulse.io and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Printpulse.io regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
